Can you briefly introduce yourself and tell us more about your role?

Hi, I'm Connor, a Junior Engineer at Raeon. I work on developing a range of innovative modules that are transforming the way vehicle’s function, pushing the boundaries of electrification and smart mobility. My role involves working closely with both our internal teams and customers to create cutting-edge solutions that integrate seamlessly into vehicles. It’s exciting to be part of a company that’s not just following industry trends but actively shaping them.

How would you describe the team and work environment at Raeon?

One of the things I appreciate most about working at Raeon is the dynamic and forward-thinking team. The environment is highly collaborative, with engineers from diverse backgrounds contributing their expertise to create innovative products. Creativity and fresh ideas are always encouraged, fostering a culture where problem-solving and groundbreaking technology thrive. Whether brainstorming solutions, tackling complex challenges, or testing new advancements, it’s an inspiring and rewarding place to work.

How has Raeon helped you grow and develop your skills?

Raeon has played a huge role in my growth as an engineer. The company not only provides me with challenging projects but also gives me the freedom to take ownership of my work, which has accelerated my learning. Being surrounded by a brilliant and supportive team has helped me refine my problem-solving skills and deepen my understanding of electrification and vehicle integration. It’s empowering to work in an environment that fosters innovation, values contributions, and encourages continuous learning.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

One of the most satisfying aspects of my role is seeing the direct impact of my work. Designing and developing products that end up being used in real-world vehicles is incredibly rewarding. There’s nothing quite like watching an idea go from concept to reality, knowing that it’s helping drive the future of electrification. I also love collaborating with our customers to create solutions that meet their specific needs. Every project brings a new challenge, and that keeps things exciting.
