Raeon delivers custom battery modules to support Enough Energy’s rapid EV charger prototype.
Raeon has successfully delivered 15 bespoke battery modules to clean tech start-up Enough Energy, enabling the rapid development of their high-power, mobile EV charging system.
Why Raeon was selected for this project ?
01
Quick turnaround
03
UK based design and supply
02
Maximised shape to fit constraints
04
Responsive engineering support
05
Proven expertise in custom battery system
The modules were developed using Raeon’s proprietary FloLock™ technology and custom busbar design. We delivered a custom battery module based on Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cells, engineered to support Enough Energy’s prototype with high energy output, minimal development cost and a short lead time.

Delivered over a 16 week period, the project involved rapid design, manufacture, test, and commissioning support. The Raeon engineering team worked in close collaboration with Enough Energy to tailor both the mechanical and electrical aspects of the modules to fit the overall assembly.

"We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project with our friends at Enough Energy. Unlocking rapid turnaround for custom battery modules is why we exist, so its been really satisfying to see the value this provided to a partner who themselves have such game-changing net zero technology coming to the market"
Tom Brooks, COO, Raeon
“We believe in the future of what Raeon is building and wanted to be part of their story in the early days. We chose to partner with Raeon for a set of prototype, custom modules because of their proven track record in previous companies and their transparent, engineering-led approach.
The team's reputation, reinforced by a quoting process that included a detailed CAD model, gave us immediate confidence. It's a partnership where we can trust them to deliver the right solution with minimal oversight.
Since delivery, that confidence has been validated. The material quality is high, and module performance has been exactly as promised. Any teething issues were resolved at speed. We’re excited for Raeon’s future.”
Jack Holden, Co-Founder at Enough Energy
The prototype EV charging unit is part of Enough Energy’s ongoing mission to accelerate the rollout of net-zero transport infrastructure across the UK.
