FloLock™ is a liquid potting system which flows around battery cells, locking them into place in a highly durable structure.
FloLock™ changes the game for custom battery design and manufacture, unlocking a multitude of benefits.

Eliminate the six-figure costs and months of delays associated with traditional injection-moulded cell carriers. Our FloLock™ technology means no tooling cost for our customers, unlocking complete design flexibility for every new customer without the capital risk.

Our liquid FloLock™ resin flows around battery cells to fill your vehicle’s specific available space—whether aerodynamic profiles for motorcycles or complex irregular geometries for marine vessels—maximising your volumetric energy density.
