Thermal bottlenecks are a thing of the past. Our resin encapsulation acts as a superior thermal bridge, creating total thermal homogeneity throughout the module. Whether you need cost-effective passive simplicity or our high-performance in-house liquid cool plate, our design allows you to push cells harder for longer.
Our tool-free manufacturing process allows for fully configurable module shapes up to 1.2m x 0.8m. Whether you need to fill a transmission tunnel, a curved marine hull, or a tight robotics chassis, we optimise the module geometry to maximise capacity within your specific packaging constraints.
Our proprietary anyVolt™ busbar technology offers unparalleled flexibility in series/parallel configuration, enabling system voltages from 12V up to 1000V within the same physical footprint. Combined with robust threaded brass power terminals, we ensure low-resistance, high-reliability connections suited for the harshest duty cycles.
We integrate with your ecosystem, not the other way around. Choose from fully integrated or external Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Cell Monitoring Units (CMU) to suit your packaging needs. With support for CAN, isoSPI, and analogue protocols, our modules provide precise monitoring and seamless communication with your vehicle control unit.
Don’t get locked into a legacy supply chain. Our architecture is cell-agnostic, seamlessly accommodating varying cell sizes (21700, 32xx, 46xx) and chemistries.
